Luanda, Angola – 12 June 2026 – Telecom Namibia has taken a significant step towards advancing regional connectivity through the signing of a Pilot Commercial Agreement with Angola’s Gabinete de Gestão do Programa Espacial Nacional (GGPEN) for the utilisation of the Angosat-2 satellite platform.
Windhoek, Namibia – 9 June 2026 – Telecom Namibia wishes to assure its customers, employees, business partners, investors, Government, regulators and the Namibian public that the Company has commenced a comprehensive strategic transformation and restructuring programme aimed at strengthening customer experience, improving operational performance, enhancing competitiveness and securing the long-term sustainability of Namibia's national telecommunications infrastructure.
Windhoek, Namibia – 8 June 2026 – Telecom Namibia today officially marked the signing ceremony of its strategic partnership with Lightstruck (Pty) Ltd, representing the second agreement of this nature as the company accelerates fibre connectivity and expands Namibia’s digital infrastructure through open-access collaboration models.
